When launching Mitel for the first time, you may experience connection issues.  The first step to resolving these is to enter your username and password as well as the server information.


Your username and password will be the same that you use to log into your computer.  The server information that you will need to enter (on that same page) will be "shoretel.wol.org".  It is also important toe ensure the "Use Windows Credentials" box is checked. Once this little line is entered, you should be able to log in.


If for some reason this doesn't resolve your issue, please submit a helpdesk ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible.


Note: If you would like to be automatically signed in when Windows starts, you will need to turn this on by clicking on your name after signing in and click the settings button on the right.  There'll be a setting button on the right.  Under settings is a checkbox [on the right] to check to allow the app to startup automatically with windows.
