To connect your iWave account to Salesforce to bring in potential donor scores, you will need to do the following.
Log in to Salesforce -> Click Profile Icon -> Settings -> Authentication Settings for External Systems -> Click “New” -> Apply the following settings:
- External System Def – Named Credential
- Named Credential – iWave OAuth
- Authentication Protocol – Password Authentication
- Username – Their iWave username assigned by Advancement
- Password – Their iWave password
