Conferencing can mean many things:
To "conference" (chat, voice, video) with WOL staff, the Microsoft Teams app can be used.
To do a multi-party conference call, that can be done with the conference feature on your phone.
To host a web meeting or conference, we have an app called Zoom, which some departments have and use regularly. Ask the ITS department for assistance.
For the Mitel Connect app: We do not posses the equipment for this feature at this time, nor are we planning to use this system's conferencing feature.
