Login/Logout using the Mitel Connect App (recommended)


Step 1: Login to the Mitel Connect app with the username and password for the extension.

  • If the extension is assigned to your user account you will use the same username and password you use to log into windows.


Step 2: Click on Workgroups

  • Another section will open showing you the workgroups you are a member of.  


Step 3: Click on the appropriate workgroup then click Log in

Step 1: Press the Options button.


Step 2: Enter the voicemail password for the extension and press OK  


Step 3: Select Option 5. Agent State and press Edit


Step 4: Select Logged In or Logged Out as appropriate and press OK 


Step 5: Press Done
