If IT needs to remote connect to your computer, we will use a Microsoft utility called Remote Help.
If your computer is owned and managed by WOL, this app should already be installed. If it is not, we will direct you to this link, which will download it.

Once it is downloaded, run the installer.
It will ask you to sign in with an organization account - this will be your WOL provided email.
We will then provide you with a code. Enter this code where it says "get support", and we will connect.
